Adjusting pH of the Secondary Composting Materials to Further Enhance the Lignocellulose Degradation and Promote the Humification Process

Straw waste has a large amount of lignocellulose, which shows strong resistance to biodegradation in the composting process and hinders formation humic substances. Therefore, effects pH adjustment inoculation degradation bacteria on process, lignocellulose humus secondary fermentation were explored through aerobic experiments. The experiment was designed with four treatment groups: CK (conventional composting), T1 (adjusting pH), T2 (inoculating P. chrysosporium), T3 inoculating respectively.
